  • Initial consultation, trial training and initial check Personal Training

    Thank you for your request. Are you interested in personal training? As an initial consultation, there is an initial check for all new customers. We do not offer trial training in the classic sense of personal training, as we do not yet know the client and all of his or her particularities well enough to be able to make an individual exercise selection and load control.

    During the initial check, we take various measurements, including mobility tests and a body fat measurement, fill out a health questionnaire, define your goals, see what appointment options you have and what is in your budget. After that, we'll decide together which combination of training and nutritional counseling is best for you, and you'll get some initial tips to help you reach your goals.

    Bring along: Sportswear. If desired, we will take photos for the before/after comparison.

    The initial check-up lasts 60 minutes and costs CHF 180. If you take out a subscription of at least 3 months. The amount will be credited to you.

    Alternatively, you can come in for a non-binding, 15-minute consultation. Here we can discuss together how I can help you and you can get a first impression of the studio.

    Parking is available directly in front of the building and is marked "ARB".

    Then register with us for a free consultation or directly for a trial training.
    During the consultation/test training we can discuss together how we can help you and you can get a first impression of the studio.

    If you decide to train with us, you will then be given an initial check-up. Here we fill out a health questionnaire together, do a body analysis, define your goals and determine how you can achieve them most efficiently. Furthermore, we do various structural mobility and stability tests and see what makes sense for you in terms of time and budget. Afterwards we will create your individual training plans.

  • Can I train alone in the studio without a personal trainer?

    No, we are not a public gym. We believe that you train much more efficiently and purposefully with a competent trainer by your side. Therefore, only appointments with a trainer are possible.

  • I have physical limitations, can I still come to the training?

    Yes! We have, due to the well-equipped studio and the intensive support, the possibility to adapt everything and tailor it individually to the customer. So you can train optimally despite limitations of any kind.

  • How long and how often do I need to train to make progress?

    The minimum training duration with us is 3 months and a minimum of twice a week. So you get the most out of the training stimuli and you reach your goals much faster. Likewise, depending on the goal, one can work specifically only after a basic build-up, so a minimum number of completed training sessions is necessary. In special cases one can adapt the frequency, if necessary (far journey etc.).

  • What is different about you guys than another personal trainer?

    A big advantage is the studio where we do all the training. We are better equipped than any other personal trainer and have all the necessary equipment on site to work individually and very specifically. In this way we achieve the best results in a very short time. Another point is our experience in sports. See our continuing education courses.

  • What are the payment options?

    It can be paid by bank transfer, Twint, cash and card on site (without Postcard). The trainings are settled as an advance payment. In exceptional cases there is a possibility to arrange individual payment terms.

  • I don't live or work nearby, is there still a way to be cared for?

    Yes, there is the possibility of coaching, with on-site appointments with a measurement, discussion and the training introduction, only every x-weeks. You train on an independent basis in a gym or at home, with an individually prepared training plan, and give me regular updates by mail between appointments. For clients from abroad or with a very long journey, there is the possibility of online coaching without an on-site appointment. Here you will receive all the necessary guidelines, such as training and nutrition planning by mail.

  • Can I postpone training dates?

    Yes! If you are prevented from attending, you can reschedule appointments and they will be "saved" for later. Appointments can be canceled at least 24 hours before, otherwise they will be charged. Exceptions are emergencies.

  • Is there a way for two or three people to come to personal training?

    Yes, this is possible. You can come to the small group personal training in twos or threes or we also have the possibility to arrange individual appointments in twos or threes. In this case the price for two is 65%, and for three 55% of the regular price. Each person receives an individual plan as in the regular 1:1 trainings. The appointments can then only be used in the previously agreed constellation.

  • When do the small group personal training sessions take place and can I choose them every week?

    You can find the training times of the small group personal training at the offer small group personal training. Yes, you can choose them flexibly (if the group is not already fully booked) and book them in advance. This can also be different every week (e.g. in case of shift work). You have 1,2 or 3 places available per week, depending on the type of subscription. If these are not used, they expire and cannot be moved on.

    Vacations are included in the duration of the small group training. If the subscription is not used within the specified period. It expires.

    Duration:

    • 1 month = 5 weeks valid, limited to 2-3x / week
    • 2 months = 10 weeks valid, limited to 1-3x / week
    • 3 months = 15 weeks valid, limited to 2-3x / week
    • 6 months = 6 months, unlimited
    • 12 months = 12 months, unlimited
  • Is the training recognized by health insurance companies?

    Yes, we are Qualicert certified and you can claim a contribution to costs from many health insurance companies with the appropriate additional insurance! You can find more information here.

  • Is there a possibility for my club/sports club/company to do a training with you in a bigger group?

    Yes, absolutely. We have already serviced several clubs and sports clubs. For a specific off-season preparation or a company fitness we are well equipped. Feel free to contact us for a quote.

  • What is the difference between small group personal training and regular personal training?

    You want to be intensively coached and have the personal training feeling, but want to stay within a more limited budget? Then small group personal training is just right for you. Small group personal training, unlike personal training, is not 1:1 but with other people. The group size is limited to 1-6 people. You will receive a customized workout plan and, as with personal training, a towel and shake is included. The scheduled appointments are booked independently via the app Sportsnow.
