Training together in a group provides an extra boost of motivation and fun. The Burn Training increases your strength and endurance. The dynamic exercises increase your fat burning to a maximum and also improve your speed, endurance and coordination.


The Burn Training includes:

  • 45-60 minute strength interval training
  • The whole body is stressed
  • every month a new training
  • Professional trainers
  • lots of fun, sweat & motivation in the group

Please note: Subscriptions are very limited. Thus, we can offer participants an exclusive and professionally supervised training.

Training times:

  • Monday 19:00-20:00
  • Wednesday 18:00-19:00
  • Friday 17:00-18:00

For whom is the Burn Training suitable?

The Burn Training is for all those who want to change physically and are willing to work hard for it. You don't have to be a professional athlete to participate in this training, but you should be free of complaints and have no physical limitations. We will fight against your inner weakness and show you what it means to feel fit and efficient. Of course, you will not only transform yourself internally, but also externally the changes will be visible.

Eat healthy, train hard, sleep enough and you will feel like a new person. Training should change a lot of things in your life and show you a lifestyle you don't want to miss anymore.

What can I expect and what are the requirements to participate in the Burn Training?

Each workout includes a short warm-up, a strength part and a conditioning part. We work with dumbbells, barbells, weight machines, sleds, punching bags etc. Depending on the weather and the training schedule, the training takes place indoors (in our gym) and sometimes outdoors (in front of our gym). Let us surprise you, you have certainly never experienced such a training before.

You don't have to be fit yet. We promise that you will get fitter. The training is made for women and men of any fitness level. However, you should be physically healthy to go together in the team positively and with a lot of fun to their own limits!
